It costs $32 per group lesson at Pilates Bodyworks, but I’ve
been booking classes via KFIT. I usually go for Allegro Beginners but have been
for the Allegro L1 before and it’s just different variations.
Format of the class is usually pilates mat for half an hour,
before moving on to reformer for the next half an hour, and class is capped at
10 pax (Think its cause they have limited equipment too). I like that the
teachers’ remember us by name, and actively correct our posture. Lockers are
provided, and there’s a small changing area too.

Plus, PowerMoves, Moumentum Lab and Evolution Fitness too :)
